Hay Dobbs led the Station Area Planning for the 12 Southwest Transitway suburban station areas in St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Minnetonka and Eden Prairie. This planning has led to hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate development. A ULI event on January 7th, 2017 will highlight this development and the planning process.
